APRACA is working with three agencies i.e.Center for Training and Research in Agricultural Banking (CENTRAB), APRACA Consultancy Services (ACS) and APRACA Publications.

APRACA has joined hands with NABARD, which is a member institution, to have a regular working relationship by way of establishing a center named as “APRACA Center of Ecellence -NABARD”(ACE-NABARD) with a focus on linkage banking . This center is housed at BIRD, Lucknow(India)

Mission:

To promote the efficiency and effectiveness of rural finance and improve access to financial services through a network of knowledge sharing and learning, capacity-building, research and exchange of expertise.

Centers of Excellence (ACEs):

• ACE-NABARD on Linkage Banking in BIRD, Lucknow
• ACE-BI on Islamic Banking in Indonesia
• ACE-BRI on Retail Banking in Indonesia
• ACE-BK on Women Empowering, Iran
• APRACA Center for Training and Research in Agricultural Banking, Inc.

Functions of ACE-NABARD

ACE-NABARD shall undertake the following:

i) Linkage banking

ii) Conduct of Research, Forums, Trainings, Exposure visits, Consulting service, Technical support, Innovations etc.

iii) Develop core training specialist and technical experts

iv) Design and conduct of international programmes

v) Bring out appropriate publications and

vi) Enhance regional coordination among APRACA nations.
